Enough about what's not in CC, are u happy about Online Practice mode and Cpu trades?
Online Practice mode and cpu trades are something people have been requesting on wishlists for a long time. Are you guys not excited about these features or too disappointed by no fantasy draft/not editing players?Tags: None -

I'll be excited about CPU trades when I can confirm they work. If we have Tom Brady getting traded for a 5 rounder, I will be pissed.Comment

I have a question about practice mode in CCM. I know we can practice one time a week in a "situational practice" which allows us to gain XP. (I like that!) However, can we just hop in practice mode with our CCM team normally and play normal practices with our entire playbook at our disposal?
Thanks!Comment

You bet I am excited, it sucks we can not use edited rosters, but what's done is done. No use in crying over spilled milk.
I, for one, can not wait to get Madden.Comment

i was disspointed about no fantasy draft but i never cry about it since they
did a lot good things like salary cap cpu to cpu trades feature draft picks 30 season for online franchise or now know as cc i play online franchise and offline
they have sliders game speed etc so what they done im loving just waiting for maden and when a game take stuff out of a game i dont cry i get over real quick like 5 mins after reading it
madden or need for speed and a lot other games take stuff out of the game i love but its a game i got a lot better things to do then cry over a video game
76 days till madden im hoping my store sell it early i dont know if i can wait that long but 1 thing for sure i wont waste money on season ticketComment

Online practice mode? I'm pretty sure its not human vs human. Unless, I missed a detail that allowed you to scrimmage a live opponent. It's a scenario styled practice against your team's defense(AI controlled).

Maybe I'm missing something, but why would you want to practice against your human opponents? I thought the purpose of practice was to perfect your game to beat them.Last edited by jpdavis82; 06-13-2012, 10:18 AM.Comment

I don't really care about the editing or fantasy draft, what I'm upset about is the fact that I can't play offline multiplayer with my friends.Comment

I can live without the Fantasy Draft option.. although it was a way I spent a lot of my time in Madden 12. Eventually it just gets too easy when you can pick up A-potential rookies in rounds 20-30 (used adjusted rosters, so most rookies were 60-70 OVR).
However, not being able to bring edited rosters into CC is almost a dealbreaker. It would be one thing if Donny Moore was exceptional at editing the rating in the game, but the fact is he just isn't. If you're working on a scale of 0-100, then 50 should be average, not 75. Even if the lowest possible OVR rating is 30 (I think if you lower all stats to 0, OVR bottoms out at 30 or so), then 65 should be average. I know that I'm beating a dead horse at this point, but removing control from the people who are paying good money for your game is not the way to do things.
All that being said, I will likely still be buying Madden 13, if only for the new engine/physics. Hopefully we can finally have a game that actually plays well, even if I have to deal with every starter being 85+ and 20+ 99 OVR players.Comment

The chance that people in here actually like the CPU trade logic is about 1,000,000 to 1.
Have we ever seen trade logic that we like? In any game? Even the beloved NBA 2K series gets lambasted (deservedly so, its terrible.)GT: Event Horizon 0Comment

okay so what makes it online practice then? if your just practicing by yourself why do you need to be online?
And to answer the question, No.Comment

Agreed.....I think obviously trades are subjective relative to what you'll think about the quality of it or if it would even happen in the first place. It seems like a CPU trade options like an OVR max limit slider so that you can ensure star players don't get traded if you want and a participation slider that just sets the tone for how much trading takes place just to keep it in check you know. I think it could be good if done correctly, but if not it could just completly ruin your experience completly.Comment
