Two days ago I wanted this game, now I don't want it at all. Looks like no football for me this year, because NCAA doesn't really excite me either. It's a shame, because this mood really did seem promising, four days ago.

And that is why EA and Josh have geared the game towards customers like you. That dont care about anything but playing as a team and enjoying fantasy unrealistic rosters.

Hard Core fans want to be able to play SIM and have the ability to run the league based on the money they spend.

So be happy that EA is aiming for the casual fan.

Where in my post do I imply I am a casual fan? Is it because I don't spend hours making sure my 3rd string DE has the correct face mask? Turns out that features I don't use did not make the cut this year. I don't care about any other team because I'm a hard core online gamer and will be involved in a hardcore online franchise with 31 other people that play with SIM rules. But hey, I guess I am happy EA is aiming for the "casual" fan because I know I'll be enjoying the game this year.

well the no buy madden streak will hit 4 years. Really sad too, cause it looks like the gameplay was going to be nice. But they took out too many features I use. Science forbid they please everyone

Am i happy for you? yea more power to you and your friends playing online lag football in order to enjoy playing a season with friends.

I prefer to run the league without the handicap of lag and delay response of online play.

We have always had the ability to run the league off line like we wanted to.

News Flash: Those many members that do care about what the player is wearing are hardcore gamers of madden that even the wrong type of glove irks them.

Have you seen RG3 in madden 13. No long sleeve and cannot be fix unless Donny decides to.

Order some pizza and have my boys come over and play games on my big tv like we have done for ever. Sorry guys we cannot.


Madden took away what was always a staple of their game in order to showcase a mode that could easily be added to what we already had instead of the only option.

I have a feeling the new infinity engine is not going to work as good as they think and the sound/commentary in the vids has been horrible so maybe it's good that they took out roster editing and playing other games too, makes it easier to just try it out with season ticket and not have to purchase this Madden 11.5.

call me unimpressed with the vids, the gameplay doesnt blow me away, I'm sorry.

I'll take some occasional WWE tackles over being completely locked into certain animations any day. And I doubt the rosters that ship will have completely wrong players and Peyton Manning wearing number 72.

Yes on not being able to edit/create players. Will not be purchasing this year because of this. No imported drafts was almost the deal breaker, but creating players would of been the substitute.

So you never change a players position? What do you do when you have 2 LLB that are better than your RLB? Just play them in the wrong spot in your depth chart? That hurts their ratings in previous maddens.

They should put an option to change a player's position at the end of the season. Like if you want to move a CB to the FS position. Or turn a tackle into a guard or something. I wouldn't think it would take very long to implement a change like that.

So do you know the tweets he is getting? Do you know if he is blocking people just because they were being rude? See your assuming that they were rude when people have said they asked simple questions and got blocked for no reason. I'm sorry but Josh's "It's My way or the highway attitude" is going to turn people away and make them feel disrespected. So you know the saying treat people the way you want to be treated, well Josh is being rude to people so guess what, he wants to be rude, then they will be rude to him.

Josh can't have it both ways and that's like treating someone so bad and when they start treating you the same way, you get upset at them when the whole time you were doing to them what they did to you. Right now Josh is treating the customers so bad and being rude that when customers starting doing what he is doing to them, he is getting upset, believes he is in the right(not realizing he is being rude back to them) and blocking them.
