You got the answer, you just didn't like that way it was worded. NO! You can only play as one team for the duration of your franchise.

Im sorry I just dont beleive that EA would remove this feature its been part of their Franchise for as long as I can remember. why would they remove the ability to play games around the league?? it just makes no sense whatsoever to do so. All franchise games in all video games allow u you to play any game on the schedule. why would this be a new feature of the game?? there is no way they would make such a boneheaded change to their game

have any of you played mlb 2K baseball or basketball? you can pick and choose any game from the mlb schedule and play it out in your franchise

Please say it aint so....I wont beleive it until i actually see it.

Well then that is your issue. Josh Looman and several...check that ALL the game changers have said the same thing. Currently there is no option to play all franchise games nor can you edit players within the Connected Careers Mode or import draft classes. Looman and EA have stated they "ran out of time"

Pretty much all those posts you didn't bother reading before yours have discussed these "issues" throughly.

You can do one of the three.

I didn't think you were allowed to do this in a franchise, unless you were forced to play as only that player? I didn't think you could create players and have them in a Coach/Owner connected career. Oh, wait, only Coach cause, Owner doesn't really exist.

Oh Hell no...HELL NO. EA is not getting my money this year...There is no $^^%&ing way Im going to pay for som scripted Franchise mode that I have no control over! I dont want to play with the Jets without putting in my own trades! Are you Fing Kidding me!?

Well, if he creates the RB he would be playing "superstar" mode. So I mean he can create the RB and he would have to play as the RB, but he could do it. His question wasn't specific about being a coach or player in that situation.

I don't know why I keep biting. You can make trades within your CCM if you can get teams to agree to some of the deals.

actually he could prolly pull of getting manning to the jets and playing as his rb, by starting as the broncos HC and trading manning. then quitting and creating his rb. just can't play all the games.

Then don't buy if you're dissatisfied with the product. I understand the frustration with some of the lack of customization, but the way people are reacting you would've though Bin Laden rose from the dead and took out another monument. Its a game. I'm personally incredibly disappointed I wont be able to import NCAA draft classes, however, i'm not going into every thread, pitching a fit, and expressing my frustration like 5 year old child. (I'm also not saying you are, nor am I calling out anyone specifically, but seriously look at some of these posts.) Back when I first started playing Madden (98) I was grateful there was even a video game like it. I didn't care if everyone ran in straight lines, didn't matter that teams didn't have actual logos on their helmet. I was just happy to have a game. Sure would I like all of these things in Madden? Yeah, to say I'm completely happy would be a lie, but I also remember my elders always saying if you don't have anything nice to say, don't bother saying it.
We have no idea how hard the Madden team has worked on this game, as a game programmer myself, I know this stuff is never easy. But it seems a lot of people think they know. And instead of following the TOS and using constructive criticism, they just straight bitch about things. That's where people really need perspective
