And MLB2K I hire hitting coaches, pitching coaches and managers at all levels of the Majors and Minors. They have an impact on progression. It's also open, so that I can EDIT almost anything about any player.

I haven't been in NBA2K for a while, but you hire the Coach and the assistant Coach and they have an impact on progression. And it's open so that I can EDIT almost anything about any player.

I have those because they are available on the PC. There's still a lot of room for enhancing their progression systems.
