I believe the rules are between 4-16 teams still.

Probably not. I know there was an article speculating 22 based on CUSA/MWC merger but doubt they ever fooled with that for real.

I wish they would let us control how many conference games we could play more at each level. I'd like to play 10 games with 14 teams or 16 teams...like you can with 15 teams.

Thanks guys. Yeah, it would be nice to set our own schedule rules, but that's probably a coding nightmare.

I hate that you HAVE to have at least one independent, and that you can't set your own number of conferences. It sucked having to have two or three 4 team conferences with random teams when I fool around with CC

well with 123 teams you can get 19 teams in the MAC/SBC/WAC (6 each so they dont get fat on FCS games), 1 IND

that leaves 104 teams for the 8 other conferences which gives a nice mix

Yeah, the extra 3 teams helps. I have one excel sheet with 6 16 team conferences, and the rest at 7 each.

I wanted to do just 4 16 team conferences...but the game won't let more than 2 come from any conference still in that case. So, my 5 16 team ones are kind of weak at the bottom but still could be fun.

Did they ever fix scheduling last year? I hope the 7 team conferences do not have a team go undefeated every year...but if they do, I'll take care of them myself and make them lose.

Please remember the general rule for EA: if you didn't hear anything about it, they didn't change anything about it.

The way my dynasty is now, 12 for the bigger (C-USA and MWC I consider big because of the Fiesta Bowl auto-bid) Military Academies for Ind. and MAC, WAC, and Sun Belt have 7. With UMass (MAC), UTSA (WAC) and Georgia St. (Sun Belt) evening out those 3.

Edit: MAC mid-west to northeast team. WAC for western teams. SB for southern to southeast teams.
