I think it looks pretty amazing.

Of course I grew up to this Jerry Rice in Tecmo Bowl so I'm far from the new age crowd of gamers.

Yeah, I'ma fan of APF but most of they're models looked like the current versions of themselves age wise...which was weird to me. I think the Madden Rice looks fine. I'm still surprised to see these longer sleeves in the game...great cosmic addition.

Looks like his body is a little too bulky, it's probably just the angle but I hope they got him right, especially since he'll probably be the one I use the most without Marino or Csonka or Zach Thomas in

Ehh, to an extent, but I also think it's the way his arms are positioned. Certain angles don't always work out as well as others in still shots in these games.

That's not to say it's perfect, but I really don't think it's as off as people are making it (again, I think it's more the positioning -unflattering in that still shot to be sure - than any issue with the base model). I'm also thinking that, like in previous years, the weird shoulder bulk will be less noticeable in play.

thats how rice wore his jersey back then ...looks great to me ...loving the attention to detail put into this game this year...would really like our options in CC back but hey..like they said its only year one i am more than happy with the changes for the better this year..i hope they dont stop and make this game #1 again in sports gaming soon...
