Re: NCAA Football 13 Screenshot - Field Degradation
Then compare that to something like Stanford vs Cal just this past season.
That looks a lot like the screenshot and goes right along with most pictures from games played in the rain in the 2011-12 season. I think it looks greatChicago Bulls | Chicago Bears | Chicago White Sox | Chicago BlackhawksComment

I would like a game where the rain isn't constant and downpour for all four quarters... last I checked hurricanes don't hit Columbus Ohio 4 times a year...Comment

Re: NCAA Football 13 Screenshot - Field Degradation
That's true but I live in the basically the same geographic area as you and it can definitely downpour for a few hours in a row. Heck it's doing it right now in Illinois. I do think that weather should be more dynamic though as long as every game isn't only 1 quarter of random rain. Some games should be rain the entire way, some games should be a few quarters of rain. It would be really amazing to see a game have dynamic temp later in the rain and have the weather transition from snow to sleet to rain. That's rare, but that would be so cool.Chicago Bulls | Chicago Bears | Chicago White Sox | Chicago BlackhawksComment

I really want to give props to all the OS peeps from the previous thread who tweeted and facebooked the devs to death. The result was that we FINALLY got a real screenshot of degredation on white jersey's.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 13 Screenshot - Field Degradation
well good to see this included.
On the downside, it looks like rain games still have that horrible looking green/blue hue.Virginia Tech Hokies NCAA 2011 Dynasty Thread :

one other question, why is it that most all QB's in NCAA now have RB face masks? I noticed it on last year's game, and it was a little annoying. From the screen shots of this year's game it would appear that the RB masks are back on the QBs again....Comment

Re: NCAA Football 13 Screenshot - Field Degradation
my guess is because of that lawsuit with the player "likeness" from last year. i think eventually we will have generic rosters.

Re: NCAA Football 13 Screenshot - Field Degradation
Been saying this but it won't happen because nobody would buy the game any longer.Comment

Well that's not true. There are plenty of college football fans and gamers that would still buy. This is why I have so much respect for roster makers and we should really appreciate what they do for the community.Chicago Bulls | Chicago Bears | Chicago White Sox | Chicago BlackhawksComment
