Re: NCAA Football 14 Wishlist Outline

Positional signature animations!

QB's
- Create different releases! (Quick/Normal/Slow for example)

Any person carrying the ball:
- Different running animations based on height/weight/attributes!!!
- Shifty 5-9 190 lb HB should have quick, shifty moves and not be able to run over LB's (unless he is a straight stud)
- Bulldozing 6-0, 230 lb HB should not be able to juke out many people. Should run through weak tackles (especially CB's) and fall forward.

Basically it applies to any person carrying the ball. Give different types of players different moves. Have a threshold that triggers players to have certain animations. Have a slow/normal/quick option for juke moves.

Also let's have different tackle animations for different types of players.

- Stud LB: should have animations that show off his power and strength.

- Deion Sanders CB: this guy should be throwing his body at legs praying for the ball carrier to go down. He should very rarely completely stuff a runner.

I would LOVE there to be underlying animation packages for each player. Why can't they create 5 or so categories for each position? Also the player ratings could DETERMINE what animations you get. With this they need to better assign ratings to the appropriate weight of guys.

QB: Very quick, quick, normal, slow, very slow (release)
HB: Elite quick, quick, elite balanced, balanced, power, elite power

Defender tackle package:
Elite hardhitter, hardhitter, sure tackler, average tackler, weak tackler

These different animation packages would 100% change the game for the better. Think about how much better recruiting would be? You could truly get the personnel you want to build a team of good tacklers
