Re: Seb170455's Dancing with the Stars (Dallas Stars CAP/SIM Franchise NHL12)

Special report by Sascha Jansen,
Dallas (Texas), june 2011.

After the sudden selling of the Dallas Stars to the Orange Investing Group, everybody involved with this Texas franchise was in a state of confusion. The new president had talks with all of the managers, coaches and so on. After a good night sleep a few people decided to quit this franchise. The most important people to leave the Dallas Stars were GM Joe Nieuwendyk and coach Glen Gulutzan. Especially Nieuwendyk was afraid the Dallas Stars would become a toy for adults. Van Vollenhoven was disappointed with the resignation of Nieuwendyk (who has Dutch roots).

The Dallas Stars were very up in arms this week and a day later announced they had a new GM and a new headcoach. The Stars signed Dutchman Jo Loonstra as their new General Manager. Another rookie in the NHL will be their headcoach. Van Vollenhoven persuaded Mike Modano to take the job of haedcoach. With these two rookies Dallas Stars will take a big chance. The economic part of the franchise has been secured, but the management of the club is now the shaky part of the Dallas Stars. We will see who will win this edition of Dancing with the Stars?
