Re: OS (PS3 Only) Community Rosters Official Thread
Utah State Aggies
adding this template just in case.
Based on teambuilder roster. I know I said a lot of people need improved ratings but it really is true, this team is severely underrated. coming off a 7-6 record with many starters returning. rating up is to be taken lightly with common sense, some +2-3 points, others +5 maybe tiny bit +15

We're putting in all this time and effort to create these rosters for free and people are really too lazy to read the first post of the thread? Incredible.Comment

Re: OS (PS3 Only) Community Rosters Official Thread
Please take the time to read the first post on the first page, specifically this part:
When will they be done?
We don't know. We will try to get them done as soon as we can, but at the same time will not rush them and sacrifice quality. Please do not badger us with constant requests for progress updates... it gets very annoying and will only slow us down. We may provide the occasional progress update on our own.Comment

Re: OS (PS3 Only) Community Rosters Official Thread
I am absolutely blown away at the incompetence of some people in this thread. Can any of you read? THEY WILL BE DONE WHEN THEY ARE DONE. Some of you people are just so off the rocker it truly blows my mind. Shut up, have your mom make you some chocolate milk and there is no need to post unless you have UPDATES. Does everyone know what an update is? Holy crap you guys - I have no idea how you have the patience for some of these people. For the guys spending countless hours putting these together, thank you so much.Comment

Re: OS (PS3 Only) Community Rosters Official Thread
Guys, come on. Take a second and read the very first post of the thread. The constant questions about when they will be released, what tag, etc. are cluttering the thread. They have said numerous times that they will let everyone know when the rosters are done, what tag will be used, and that they will update at their own discretion.
This thread is open for the roster creators to get updates on transfers, guys leaving, and any other depth chart updates. Let's not get it closed and make it tougher for them to do this for the community.
Cheers to the creators as well. Keep up the good work!
EDIT: I see many others have posted in response to these questions as well. I am taking the path now to simply report those posts. Maybe it'll help, maybe not. However, us constantly telling the other guys to not ask questions isn't helping much either.
Let's agree to simply report and ignore from now on so the thread doesn't get too cluttered.Last edited by Jr.; 07-10-2012, 12:17 AM.Comment

Re: OS (PS3 Only) Community Rosters Official Thread
Trying to make the team at least competent.
They're a 75 overall, that 7-6 record had wins against 83 ranked Nevada, 79 ranked Hawaii, crushed 79 Wyoming, should have beat 93 Auburn, and 89 BYU.
All I ask is for the team to be competitive to their opponents, because they were competitive in every game last year, arguably should have won all of them (led in 2nd half of every game)
rating up is to be taken lightly with common sense, some +3 points, others +5 maybe tiny bit +15
because right now the starting FS is 56 overall, make any sense to you?Last edited by T0L0g1st; 07-10-2012, 12:34 AM.Comment

Lol. I don't understand the steadfast determination to refuse an update (although the updates last night were appreciated).
People aren't going to read the whole first post. They're not going to read every responses. And they're going to get impatient because the game is out and they want to start a dynasty or play online.
It doesn't mean they live at home with their mom or have some sort of mental illness. It just means they want to enjoy the game they just paid $60 for and having named rosters allows them to do that more than just numbers.
I'm in no way encouraging people to harass or pester you. However, should you wish for people to donate to your cause you may want to consider what would make them more willing to do so. Berating them and gang tackling them bc they didn't follow your rules isn't going to help your cause.
We all appreciate your efforts and I personally know what a painstaking process it is. However, should you wish to be properly compensated for your efforts by people seeking your services, you may serve yourselves better by treating these posters more like your customers and less like little children who aren't doing what papa says.
Just my two cents.
FWIW, I check in 2-3 times a day looking for status updates and I have at least one friend that does he same. It's an important aspect to a lot of people..Comment

Re: OS (PS3 Only) Community Rosters Official Thread
75 overall is very competent. That rating may be inflated by Turbin still being on the roster though (he has been taken out).
I'll look at bumping up All-WAC players but that's about it. Utah State lost the most players in the WAC from last year to this year, including their top running threat. I'm doing Utah State, I won't bring up everyone's ratings, Steele has 3 Utah State players on the 1st Team All-WAC, I'll be looking at their ratings hard to see if/what to raise.
Edit:
I've been updating everyone almost every night, it's a long job, it's not going to be a hourly updated thing, give me a few minutes and I'll post where were at.Bulls|Bears|Cubs| Blackhawks|Huskies|Horned Frogs|

Re: OS (PS3 Only) Community Rosters Official Thread
Lol no please don't raise Utah State's ratings just because a big time Utah State homer told you that they should be rated higher. If he wants to, he can download the rosters and then jack up all 69 of their players to have a 90+ ratings if that's how he wants to play the game.75 overall is very competent. That rating may be inflated by Turbin still being on the roster though (he has been taken out).
