OK, what is it going to be for you dudes? I think Detroit Red Wings and Chicago Blackhawks will be my first options.

My team is the Wild so I will obviously do one with them especially after what happened this offseason. I also like to run one with the St. Louis Blues, I might decide to do one with the Bluejackets to.

I have to go with the Bruins. With a young core of Seguin, Rask, Hamilton, and then all the vets I'm excited to see if I can get a mini-dynasty going.

I also want to put in the time to complete an entire season.

Help me out on this, I live in Europe and I don't watch NHL, so I can know which teams are strong, which have good and young roster etc.
So, Detroit Red Wings (in NHL 13) could made the bid for the Stanley Cup?

I don't know which team I'm gonna replace (The Thrashers are now in Winnipeg). Perhaps the Blue Jackets?

Pretty obvious for me, the Wild. Always have and always will. It's the only team I use online when I rarely play as well. Even better now that they added Parise and Suter.

I'm just hoping I can play a full 82 game BaGM this year. I played maybe 15-20 games in my BaGM this year and basically quit because I just got sick of the game. I'm really really hoping that is different this year.

seriously, a few friends and i are doing on-line BAGM and I picked Edmonton. I figure a move or two and I'll be right in the mix.

I wanna get one going with my hometown Jets, hopefully the game is varied enough this year to keep me into it cause I would love to build them into a contender(despite not having Trouba in the game)

Online hopefully I can get a decent league going. Not sure I trust my friends to not cheese the computer with trades if it's only gonna be a few people in the league. Maybe find an online one.

I always roll with my Hawks.
But this year I'll do what Stan Bowman can't do and that is deal for a 2nd line center and another defenseman to let go of some of my frustration.

Die hard wings fan so I will play with them regardless but... They are going to need a lot of help after losing Brad Stuart to the Sharks and Lidstrom to retirement. Ken holland the GM has some work to do after Suter signed with Minnesota. I do think that they would have overpaid for him IMO. We need DEFENSE!!!

Well for me it's two teams.

In NHL 12, me and a friend had 2 great dynasties where I won 20 cups (with a 4 year rebuild) and he won 21 cups (No full rebuild) at the same time. I was a defensive team, he was offensive, and we always made comparisons and could never come up with who would be better. For GM Connected, we're going back to those two teams (Neither of us have used them since). I will be the Washington Capitals, despite them trying to screw over any trade assets I used in the past. My friend will be the Kings, and we plan to get a few other guys, so it'll be fun.

For my regular GM Mode, Colorado is my team, so I will be them. Hopefully I can get a defenceman or 3 and then I should be good to go. Forward core looks good, so that's one less problem.

May just tank for Seth Jones!

Mainly 2 things in NHL 13

1- Online Dynasty with a team to rebuild, like Carolina or Colorado.

2- BaP as myself, playing in the Q for a year then go to the draft and play we're I'm picked.

I was thinking of starting a Wild franchise 'cos Granlund is finally moving from SM-Liiga to NHL but with the addition of Parise and Suter, I think I might take another team that's not as heavy with talent.

I enjoy building my teams into winners through draft and small trades instead of starting with a good team. So idk, now I have to spend another month or two choosing a new team for myself.
