Online Pass Problem

I have never had this problem before. I have played FIFA, MLB the Show, and the last NCAA Football game.

When I go to put in the pass code, it says that I'm not permitted to registar an online pass. Is anyone else having this problem? If not who should I contact?

I am having the same exact issue. Apparently EA must hate Clemson.

Had the same issue. I'm on the PS3. I just exited out of the game, went into the PS Store, went to redeem code and entered my code. Downloaded the pass and now everything works fine.

Playstation Store > Redem code (top right corner)

I thought it was some sort of an add-on under the game title...

You guys have to go to account management then reedem code and plug in your online pass code.

Exit out of NCAA Football, go to the Playstation Store. Up in the top right corner there is a redeem code button. Click on it and enter your code. It will pop up the online pass and download it.

I came to this site after my chat with an EA representative was absolutely useless. I wanted to register to say thank you that 1 second on this site solved the problem that EA itself didnt feel like adressing.

This is what's wrong with EA Sports......their own people do not know their own product.
