RTG Coach Trust Issue

I am playing as a QB on Heisman difficulty. I signed with FAU to be the starter but after one practice I was at like -200 coach trust because I threw one interception, yet threw 3 TDs and countless other solid plays. For an interception I got -200, but for a TD pass in practice I got like +13 including the yards gained.

I realize there is the 18 week 'until starter' thing, so I tried simming nearly two full seasons. The coach trust points are still reacting the same way. I can throw 5, 6 TDs in a practice, but then after one interception I am back down to 0 points and stuck at 3rd on the depth chart despite being 86 overall (which is easily the best overall rating on FAUs roster). Anyone else having this issue?

From what I read that is how it is supposed to be on Heisman, it makes it so you have to be perfect to keep that trust level up, and makes you work harder to get it up

This is a wide spread issue. Same thing here on All-American. I also have another buddy who's having the same issue with his Running Back. This needs to be bumped

It's tough as a QB. The worst is a tipped pass by your scout team trash TE resulting in an INT killing your points. It took me an entire season before I finally just started dumping it off, started first game of next season.

I really wish more would talk about this issue. It seems to be a major issue. I'm all for simulation and realism, but the system logic makes no sense especially when you can't audible. For example, I had 8 straight completions in practice as a QB and got +8 coach trust points. The next play the CPU calls a bubble screen. Tackled for a loss and I lose 8 points. The next three plays were all bootleg plays in which two had the defense blitzing for a sack in which I couldn't audible. It needs to be patched quick!!!

I'm playing on AA as a QB...if I get sacked for a one yard loss it costs me 20 points
If I throw a TD it's only 25 points
INTs cost me 100 !!!!

Really? I only get +12 for a TD pass and lost 8 on a bubble screen. Then lost 40 on a sack from an all-out blitz that I couldn't audible out of.

It is definitelytough. I'm in week 9 and i'm at 0 coach trust haha. I get blitzed so often and it costs me a ton of points to take a sack. Too little points gained for good plays and too many points taken away for bad/unavoidable plays.

LOL. I had to turn off auto-save. Sack. Exit. Restart. Practice. They should call this mode the Road to Practice Mode. ROFL

Rather brutal for a RB also. -10 for a running loss and then minus the number of yards you lose. You spend half the practice getting a few yards here and there and then a guard misses a block and you lose it all.

PLEASE TELL ME THIS IS A BUG: I'm return a punt for five or so yards. My team gets a holding penalty called on them. I lose 20 trust points because of loss of yardage!!!! I had gained almost 50 points returning kicks and punts and in the 4th qtr I lose almost all of it because my team got called for penalties on two consecutive punt returns!!

Its not a bug. This is the logic EA built even though it's completely flawed.

yeah it's an issue...I bumped it down to Varsity as a test and there it's much more forgiving but unfortunately is way too easy on that level...I was throwing for like 500 yards in a game as a 78 rated freshman.

I'm almost at the point that I'm going to skip practices and just rely on the games for my trust points. I build 40-50 points a game and then lose most if not all during practices.
