Is this true? if so, this really sucks for us madden franchise fanatics.. takes the fun out of drafting and building the franchise

I remember seeing somewhere that they will not have this transfer available for Madden this year. I was hoping they would stick with it and offer it up on online franchises as well. I'm hoping for next year.
