Who to dismiss in the Big Ten?

I'm thinking about starting a dynasty with North Dakota St and moving them into the Big Ten. What Big Ten team should be replaced? One that comes to mind is Indiana...

Why not dismiss a garbage team and pull a switch-a-roo? If you do that, I would take out Akron or Kent State, then switch North Dakota State with Minnesota. Minnesota may have some history/rivals but they fit better in the MAC according to location and talent.

Or you could switch out Akron or Kent, put North Dakota State in the Big 10, and move Penn State to Independent. Make a storyline talking about how Big 10 didn't want them because of the controversial story. You also have an even 12 in the MAC (theres 13 now)

Add them in one division.
Add a team like Rutgers into the other.

Oooohhh there we go. I like that idea. I want to keep Minnesota in the Big Ten cuz the "so called rival" ( more so in North Dakota haha) with the Bison.

Minnesota has established rivalries with many teams, insane history, and is going to be bowl bound this year in real-life. Why remove them? Easily should be Indiana.

Back in the day I would have said Northwestern, but they have solid football and even decent basketball now.

Penn State would be my answer for the reasons listed.

I'm doing the same thing (with Army) in the Big Ten, place them in the Leaders and i then moved Notre Dame in Legends division.

Ya they are actually very good in sports outside of Women's Basketball and Football. Basketball has had some bad luck the past couple of years, but should contend for the B1G title in basketball and will be bowl bound in Football.

I also like the idea of making Penn State an independent. Make sense in a "story" sense, too.
