    Horrible Roster Experience

    I'm not sure if this belongs here but I wanted to share with you guys my horrible customer service experience from a roster website that was advertised here. It was so bad in fact that I'll be e-mailing the owner asking for resolution. I thought I'd share my experience here so others don't spend their money at this roster site...

          I agree, customer service rep was trolling for sure. Though I doubt over there that theyre boss would give a ****


          I went over to the site and watch a video the owner made and towards the end he says they have great customer service lol

              Well damn.. That certainly does suck. It is poor customer service on the social side of things tho. Some people will take it there. Your were better off just politely getting off the phone and not telling him you were going to show the log to his supervisor.

              However, i found the conversation pretty funny.

                I saw a video about Game Rosters and they have 2 Customer Service Reps. Think it even gave names too. I would laugh my *** off if they got sued by NCAA Players for charging people for there rosters.

                  The "GameRosters Customer Service Rep" was probably that idiot Brian Kaldenberg himself. The guy who charges $24.99 for his rosters each year.

                          Brian Kaldenberg used to be a mod over at hawkeyenation.com but he was such a jerk to people he ended up getting banned after his mod status was removed by the founder and owner of the website.

                          Would not shock me if that was him responding to the OP. He always came off as a smug guy.

                          Sad to say his "roster business" is based in Iowa City too.

                            To be fair, due to many people disliking the fact they charge for rosters..........they probably recieve quite a few trolling calls each year. That may not have been what the OPs intent was, but I can understand why the CS rep would think thats what he was doing. Anybody who reads that transcript will probably get that same impression. The CS rep may not have been acting very professional but if they have already a dozen or so trolling calls, I can understand why. Lol
