RTG DB problem

am i the only one that hates that the reaction time button is the same as strafe? Its terrible. I love playing safety but it kinda ruins it when i have to be in slow motion every time i strafe

It's really hard to get points as a safety. Anyone else having trouble just trying to get picks? I can't seem to catch anything, my guy never puts his hands up.

When I play a DB in RTG or even just player lock a DB in a regular game the CPU avoids my side of the field like my name is Asante Revis-Cromartie Sanders. Same problem for 3 years now, if you play good coverage you will very rarely (if ever) have the ball thrown to your area.

Yeah I think choosing DB, FS, or SS is a joke, you barely get anything thrown your way, especially if you play like you suppose to at that position and cover the receiver. Just finished my HS Senior year at RB and SS, easily made it to a 5 Star recruit at RB but only obtained 2 Star status with my SS. I'd average 2 tackles a game maybe 1-2 ATK, no picks, only one opportunity to have a pick and just like you said my SS's hand never went up to knock the ball down or even pick it, he just went out of position and the WR caught the ball behind me for a TD. I'm sure it takes practice but how can you obtain a 5 Star SS or FS is beyond me.

Also, forgot to add that the camera is absolutely horrific for DBs. The camera spins around randomly when deep balls are thrown or when you're trying to run across the field to make a tackle and it completely screws up your angles.

I agree. I don't remember having camera problems in 2013. Is that only in this game? EA should patch this asap

My first hs game as a ss I had 5 tackles 1 tfl and 1 int returned for a td

I also make sure to take the player lock camera off that helps a ton!

My first game as a DB I had 7TKL and 1 INT

Its much more of learning the CPU Mechanics and logic..
