    I have always pitched really well with Darren Oliver, and hit well with Maicer Izturis.

      I can attest to the "below the radar", quality / consistency of Suzuki and Anderson...

      Got top notch performance in both played and simmed games...

      Well, at least until their contracts were up and I "Moneyballed" them to the Cubs and Phils, respectively...

        Alex Gordon LF (KC) & Alcides Escobar SS (KC) could both very well make this list. I'm not being a homer or anything. Escobar is batting over .310 and has highest BA of all SS in MLB and has an amazing glove. Gordon led the MLB in OF assists last year and batted over .300 with 20 HR's and I forget how many RBIs while batting in the leadoff spot. He's more deserving to be on this list than Frenchy; I know we're the Royals but still, got to give credit to these two guys. They'd be on my just missed list if the writer did something like that.
