thanks for starting this thread - i tried to start one like it yesterday, but didn't get any response...

here's one thing i would suggest:

when you first set up your recruiting board, make sure you include all (or most) of the guys who have your school as a top choice - then you can scout them (in pre-season, when you have a ton of hours) -

you can find this in "search" and i put in the search for "Interest - top 3" -

(when i initially set up my board, i didn't do this, and wound up with a lot of guys on my list who probably won't be sway-able...)
