IMPORTANT UPDATE ON ARKANSAS STATE!

Transfer HB #5 Michael Dyer will have to sit out the 2012 season after the NCAA denied his waiver request. This is Michael Dyer who transfered from Auburn. Please make sure he is NOT in game.

For Northern Illinois University

WR #13 Anthony Johnson is no longer on the team WR Charlie Miller true Freshman out of Florida would be an excellent replacement.

WR #86 Mark Tracey is no longer on the team a good replacement would be RB redshirt sophmore transfer from Akron who is eligible RB Giorgio Bowers.

DT #98 Frank Boenzi is no longer on the team. DT Ken Bishop transfer Junior would be an excellent replacement here.

LB #39 Gervaise Porter is no longer on the team. An excellent replacement would be LB Mike Cotton true freshman.

FS #18 Zak Giller is no longer on the team. A good replacement would be FS Conner Gavin true freshman

Possible player Edits for NIU:

QB Jordan Lynch's THA needs to be lowered to 80-82 but speed raised 80-84. Faster than Chandler Harnish (Mr. Irrelevent) last years starter of NIU

RB Akeem Daniels is rated too high, should be around a 75, but speed is correct.

WR Tommylee Lewis's speed needs to be raised from 88 to 91-93. In real life, he is the fastest player on the team. Dont believe me? Ask the football players for Toledo. Athlon preseason 2nd team All-MAC KR

WR Martel Moore needs to be the highest ranked WR and actually should be the highest rated player on NIU. He is a playmaker. I don't have the stats or preseason all-MAC teams to prove it but you'll see during the season.


One last thing Jimmie Ward needs to be moved to FS

I would have to say the next in line is Travis Jones. Place him below Martese Jackson on the depth chart.

Just curious, what do you do to the coaches and how does it affect gameplay?

He's probably taking the actual run/pass ratios and putting them in for coaches. Should get more realistic numbers out of teams. Although that stuff probably changes a bit from year to year, and if a certain key player that ran/threw a lot graduated then it will change.

But still it's a nice starting point.

Duplicate numbers are only possible if EA puts them in, if someone changes the number, it won't allow it again.

Also it feels stupid to gripe about DeAnthony Thomas of Oregon having only a lowly 96 Speed and 97 Acceleration but this:

The dude also runs track for Oregon. I would hate to be #7 for Wisconsin in this video.

DAT should have 98 speed at least.

Totally agree... but George Farmer (HB #8 USC is a WR now, shouldn't have dreads) should have the same speed rating since has beat him on the track... def not the same acc or agility tho. Robert Woods (WR #2 USC) should have atleast 95 speed, anyone who's seen him play can agree with that and he ran a 45 second 400m which is really fast. Marqise Lee (WR# 9 USC, should not have dreads) should be atleast 93 speed... All of them went to the same high school and they are all blazers

Lastly Marquise Goodwin (WR #84 Texas) should definitely have 99 jumping and a high speed rating. He's fast and is going to the Olympics for long jump

Been watching a few days now, I haven't seen any post about Arkansas and that roster is a mess also. Let me know if you guys have a handle on that roster, or I may be able to help you sort it out.

also, can you guys update the Arkansas Avatar choice to an actual team logo.

It doesn't seem that EA put forth any effort on the Arkansas roster this season. The speeds on defense are too slow, like Chris Smith, Tank Wright, and Darius Winston. Last years game had Winston at 92 speed I believe, and this years game has him at 84. That's ridiculous. He was a 5 star DB out of high school. On offense, Cobi Hamilton should be faster than 91, which is a boost from last season's 88. This kid won the 200 meters in the Texas state championships and finished 4th in the 100 meters his senior year in high school. We're talking Texas here, home to world class athletes, not some scrub state with a few diamonds in the rough.

South Alabama is supposed to be in the game as they're playing in the Sun Belt this season. EA forgot to add them.
