Roster Download

I'm new at this, but first of all, thank you to the people who put the time in to do all this work. I'm having a little trouble when trying to download a roster, in most people's videos i've watched, it's asking for a gamertag, my game is asking for an onlineID when trying to download a roster, and i've tried many, and it keeps telling my, this person does not have a locker on this game or something to that nature. Can somebody give a helpless rookie some advice. thank you

What system? Make sure you are downloading a roster for the correct system.

ps3, i think i understand, but where do you find someones EA Locker you want to use?

i have the same problem. i purchased the game online in psn store so no disc version. i tried everyones psn/username from the community roster page (Arrowhead29,...) but everytime it tells me that he doesnt have a ncaa13 locker ... everthing else in the game just works fine but without a good roster file its only half the fun... maybe someone has a solution for it

In my experience, this message comes up when I mistype the name, or put in a name of someone who hasn't published their roster file for sharing.
