Well, then I'd say 1. they shouldn't use real life statistics (i.e. career blocks and real life bpg) to justify their rankings and 2. their player ratings are a tad off.

The real life numbers are there to show how accurate or not accurate 2K's ratings are compared to real life numbers. It's the best way to show the real player ability vs 2K's player ability.

I did too, for the pistons. He became a straight beast. He actually somehow led my team with 21 points and 13 rebounds per game plus a good amount of blocks.

auspiciously absent: greg steimsma. he's a BEAST of a shot blocker, and a fringe rotation player on the real life celtics that isn't in the game!

ok, maybe he isn't deserving to be on this list, but it's a good excuse to complain about the roster update.

Sadly in 2k it's impossible for any shot blocker to even average 3 bpg in a simulated season, even if it's prime Dikembe Mutombo.

Dwight Howard is under 2 BPG half the time.

I was gonna mention Stiemsma! I'm pretty sure he leads the league right now in BLKP48M...and you say he's not even in the game!? Major bummer.

nice list but i agree about vertical having to play a role as that's more directly related to blocking animations and ability.

Roy Hibbert should be on the list as well, basically because he is 7'2

In therms of the actual NBA the most blocks goes to Serge Ibaka but the most effective blocker is Tyson Chandler he consistently swats them but at times IBLOCKA Swats TWO THREE in a row it may be due to position and athletics.
Kevin durant rules, simple as that

I just wish the stats would reflect this!

In 2K12 everybody is a good blocker, even PG's.
                        True bout my business, Mane!

Where is Hibbert, Deandre Jordan, and Lebron?

When I play the Pacers, Hibbert has me saying 'Really dude?!' at least 3 times a game, lol

Edit: The Bumpasarus Rex bit me, smh
