Tendencies in NCAA 13?

In the interest of full disclosure, I haven't bought the game. I don't intened to buy it for a while, if at all. Depends on how things go with the patches, etc.

In NCAA 12 player Tendencies got screwed up when you edited that player. A scrambling QB like Denard Robinson became a balanced Qb once you edted his name, or any other part of his attributes or features, thus completely changing the way he played on CPU-controlled teams. So my question...

1. Does NCAA 13 utilize tendencies?
2. Has anyone noticed these being affected in the same manner this year?

I also ask because I'm curious about the week one sales of this edition.

In this discussion, Robert Kollars was talking about the tendencies glitch and EA's failure to fix it, in spite of 4 patches. He said:

This is a dangerous path that EA has chosen, and in my honest opinion, I
believe they will see a significant drop in week one sales of NCAA
13.

I know that week 1 sales don't mean everything, but I'd be curious about this.

From what I've seen so far, the tendency bug is no longer a problem this year.

I haven't seen a problem yet,this problem in '12 killed the game for me.
