Me too, it's still hard to pull off a top 10 or 5 recruiting class if you're not at a powerhouse school. I'm at Iowa and I've pretty much just gone after 10 players REALLY hard, and only like 4 or 5 have signed. I think 4 -(5*) and 1 - (4*) so it's still shaping up to be a pretty good class.

      USING IOWA.

What is the best recruiting difficulty to provide a bit of a challenge, but isn't too hard?

What makes it harder is what I wanna know?

Does the computer cheat by getting more time/points? Or on lower difficulty to they just not invest time into recruits?

            I'm curious about that too.

in last years game, the difference in varsity and all american was that you got 1 less 'Change to another subject' and half the amount of promises you can offer I believe.

The fact that you have 4 5*'s at Iowa tells me you need to up the difficulty. You should never pull off a top 10 recruiting class unless you're a powerhouse school. It should take 5 years to build that powerhouse.

I was thinking the same thing.

I'm using All-American for my UMass dynasty at the moment.
Might have to up it to Heisman at some point. I'm on a good path to pick up a few 3 star recruits and at least two four stars.

Heisman difficulty with LSU, pulled in the #1 class in each of my 3 years

I'm enjoying Heisman difficulty, just like last year.

I normally go with "Varsity." I feel I get the most realistic results there.
                            NBA: Orlando Magic
                            MLB: Tampa Bay Rays
                            NFL: Jacksonville Jaguars
                            NHL: Tampa Bay Lightning
                            NCAA: UCF Knights
                            FIFA: Real Madrid CF

I always leave it on varsity or all American depending in the team I choose. But I just sim all the recruiting. I scout and set the overall ranking, but I just sim every week. I might go after one specific player if I really want him but usually I just leave it alone.
