It's not just for NCAA, it's across all EA titles.

I think that is different though.

The tweet indicated 'tonight' from 1-4am. That information says tomorrow starting at 10pm. So, two nights in a row with server downtime?

When they release the rosters they will make a post with the Gamertags in it

will I be able to customize conferences in my dynasty later in different offseasons, or only at the beginning of a dynasty? For example, will I be able to add syracuse to the ACC after my first season, and then add all those other schools to the Big East? Or is the only time you can customize conferences at the very beginning of the dynasty?

Each preseason you'll have the option to do custom conferences.

After each year you get the option to change the conferences around in the offseason. It gave me the option after my first year with ECU.
