Ohio State has 66 players on the default roster. Can I add 4 more players to get it to the 70 player max?

Can I do this just in the game or do I have to use teambuilder? I'm in my mid-30's but haven't personally edited a roster in 10 years so give me the step-by-step please.

Not something I normally do so your help would be appriciated.
