You should be able to create them. Usually roster editors leave the teams at 69 so that you have room for a road to glory player to be added. They fixed the duplicate # glitch which is a total bummer. Verlon Reed, Nathan Williams and a few others were left of the default roster. Not sure how Verlon Reed was left off but TY Williams made it. LOL
