Best Running QB to use

Looking for a good scrambling QB to use with good speed but still a decent thrower.. Really want to emphasize the SPEED aspect and want to use the spread offense any opinions or suggestions...??

Pretty much. I think he has the best speed rating for a QB in the entire game.

Hard to believe, but Marqueis Gray of Minnesota has the fastest speed rating of the QB's

Probably Denard.

However, I've been playing in my Clemson dynasty and whenever I bring in the backups I always call read options. My backup QB Cole Stoudt has multiple runs of over 40 yards and multiple rushing TD's this year. Actually thinking of starting him over Tajh in my next game.

I just started a 1-star online dynasty with some friends, and Western Kentucky's QB is pretty solid. He has about high 80's in speed and acceleration.
