i really would like to do this because i have 2 teambuilder teams i run an offline dynasty with, but because of work im not home enough for the extra time consuming recruiting. it would be helpful to recruit from my laptop at work...btw im the boss so its cool. anyone?

Under the same account, no.
If you really want to control extra teams in online dynasty, you would have to create a new PSN/gamertag (completely unrelated to your current one) and then purchase the online pass for that account. It's pretty much a lame work-around but that's the only way to do it.Comment

You don't need 2 online passes for accounts being used on the same system do you?
If he's on PSN can't he just create 2 PSN accounts and from his PS3 join the OD while in 1 PSN account, log out and sign in with the other and join OD.
Then from his laptop log into the OD with whatever PSN account he want to work with?Joshua:

No the same should apply to xbox you just have to have a separate GT to control the other team, you shouldn't need another online pass either because in one of my Madden 12 franchises I would use my wife's GT to play sub games for peopleComment
