So if I were to buy this game, it would be late August, possibly September before the issues were resolved and I could feel comfortable starting a dynasty?

By then Madden will have released... Looks like NCAA will be a no buy for me this year.

how about the ps3 issue where they basically want you to get rid of all the sounds for your other games so you have room for your ncaa sounds

CR, any word about the lights being "on" but off on the night games being fixed? The list that was released seems minimal in terms of things that really need to be looked at.

Again, not saying you're wrong, but in actual football, 9 out of 10 times the WR will beat the corner off the line and win the matchup with no safety help. Especially with the talent disparity offensively to defensively in college football. There is a reason teams put the safety there. If someone isn't putting a safety over the top, there is a pretty good chance the CB is getting beat.

Corners can't cover indefinitely and given the rather strict defensive holding and defensive pass interference enforcement in college football, it should be an easy beat for a WR. That's the whole reason teams stretch the field vertically and why defenses have to give corners help. Very few corners at this level can be on an island and win their matchup 1 on 1 most of the time. I'm talking no more than a dozen in college football.

In the game, if you're getting torched deep in man with no shell over the top, play conservative coach settings and don't worry about press coverage. Or better yet, play with the shell over the top.

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with man coverage in this game. Not one thing.

9 out of 10 times corners in man coverage get beat and the pass is completed. That's what you're saying. That's insane. And stop with the talent disparity. It's EVERY corner back. I've played as NC State and their impact corner gets beat deap every time. You don't know what your talking about.

You just don't seem to get it. Streaks are converted EVERY SINGLE TIME in man coverage. Man coverage is fine. Yeah. Best corner in the nation vs average wr complete every time. You're right. It's great. No problem with that.

I will try and find out, I think the initial patch is for anything major they are seeing that affects playability and stability. I'm not an NCAA guy as much as Madden but I will pass it on up to the guys. Thx for the feedback.

EA's workaround is BS, this game won't be fixed on july 31st, you can bet on that

If this is the case, could you please pass along the following to get them to look at as it affects playability GREATLY:

- Some counter run plays (mainly out of shotgun) are blown dead as soon as the RB takes the hand off and takes about 2-3 steps. (video example here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bxj71_xnH2A&feature=plcp)

- The frozen LB/CB/Safety on option plays (video example here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCYgPifIFUA)

If those aren't affecting playability, i'm not really sure what is. Please pass this along as these two issues are some of the most talked about issues in the Bugs & Glitches thread that is stickied here on OS. Thank you very much.

im really glad they are fixing zone and the man glitch where the db totally loses his guy. should be a good patch hopefully it doesnt break something else. They should really let us test this game in like march and this **** could be fixed by now
