Game Mode: Any

Bug/Glitch: During the 1st quarter of any and every game. If you're not the one to call a timeout first, the CPU will only ever use it's 20 second timeouts. If you use a full timeout before the CPU does, they will then use a full timeout (which is what the first timeout of the game would be in real life in most circumstances).
