Utah & GT
Out of the 5 first year dynasties ive played out. Utah won the NC twice and GT won it once, but went undefeated 3 times while utah went undefeated twice. Just wondering if its just coincidence or if EA is all over these teams. I've also done 2 of them with majesty95's rosters and the first 3 with regular EA rosters and got basically the same results.Tags: None -
Re: Utah & GT
Yeah in five seasons I've seen the Utes end up in the National Championship 3 times and won it twice. Georgia Tech I've never seen get past the 10th spot on the polls. And the Utes went undefeated all three of those seasons (Except when they lost in the NC of course.) Notre Dame is also highly overrated and I've seen them end up in the NC on other dynasties a LOT, saw a studio update of them destroying Michigan 56-7 when Michigan had Denard. WUT. -

Yeah I'm a USC fan so i always check the pac 12 week to week. And they were blowing teams out by 20+ all the time. Its funny because Notre Dame won too.Yeah in five seasons I've seen the Utes end up in the National Championship 3 times and won it twice. Re: Utah & GT
I just wanted to chime in to say that in my 2 dynasty seasons that I started playing as a 1 star OC Utah won the first years National Championship and went undefeated. Second year they went to NC game but lost to Nebraska.Im on the legit trader list:http://www.operationsports.com/forum...rs-listed.htmlComment

Re: Utah & GT
Even in 12, Utah's first year in the PAC-12, they were the NC's of my dynasty, and every rose bowl was either my badgers against utah, or colorado. Never Oregon, USC, always Colorado or Utah
, GT also seems to always find a way into the high rankings in the ACC but its always FSU that wins the game, always.

Re: Utah & GT
Woo! Go Jackets! Washington and Arkansas are always the best teams on the game year after year on mine. Tech always ends up with 5+ losses. Weird that they're so good in y'alls. I haven't gotten 3 years into a dynasty yet, though.Comment

Re: Utah & GT
Even in 12 GT has always been a consistent winner for my dynasties. Paul Johnson has always retired from GT with a couple NC's under his belt too, I've never seen him get fired.
In 13 it looks to be the same way. GT is a constant top 10, losing only 1 or 2 a year.Comment

Re: Utah & GT
I'm getting close to the end of the first season in my dynasty and Utah is in a position of possibility. #1 Oklahoma (undefeated), #2 TCU (undefeated), #3 Utah (undefeated). Oklahoma and TCU are firmly placed for the title game, but Utah could get in if one slips.
On a side note, I've noticed that there are some different dynamics in place this year with regard to BCS ranking, specifically being able to hold your position. In years past, I had no problem holding my position, as long as I didn't lose, no matter what.
This season, I dropped an early OT loss to Arkansas, then clawed my way back up to 3rd, even as a one loss team. But then I fell from 3rd to 4th even though I won. Then to my surprise I won a close game to a ranked #24 Miss State team and fell again from 4th to 5th!!!
I was shocked that it happened, but not necessarily disappointed. Makes the rankings and polls seem more fluid and realistic - not like a black and white formula. I suppose (hoping) that now it matters more to schedule better quality out of conference opponents as well.NCAA FB 2003 - 2014 Dynasties
