Honestly I don't see why NCAA would have an issue with EA doing that. However you probably will have a lot of folks trying to play as them and turn them around.

Now back to the question. No because they would have to patch in bowl bids and conference champions. It would probably mess up the dynasty mode.


And finally I will leave this open for now. Keep it clean and don't turn this into a Joe Pa discussion.

I do not think EA will patch it in.

Because I play in the B1G with my NE dynasty I feel something should be done. What that is exactly, i'm not certain. It would be cool if a roster guy, or just someone with ratings experience could at least provide a list of realistic/ideal changes to their roster to reflect the ugliness they are about to experience, and make them less of a powerhouse in dynasty play.

No offense to Eddie but coaching at Grambling is a big step below coaching at Florida State. Both in quality and quantity of competition.

If they don't want to patch it, they could lower their prestige rating and pitch ratings down so they have a tougher time recruiting top players and get stuck with mostly 2/3 star recruits. That seems simple enough to do without causing too many issues in dynasty mode

That was my thought as well. Drop them down to a 1- or 2-star program and make all of their recruiting pitch grades really low.

You could also swap them with a Teambuilder school and not worry about if they will be edited down or not.

Just patch in a change to their prestige. That would effectively hurt their recruiting classes.

I agree with this. Everything for the most part should be adjusted down. As a player if you do well enough in 4 years you could probably be competing for a bowl bid again.

We all play with a loss of scholarships already with 75 right?......

Just make them on teambuilder and change all their pitches and school prestige. That is what I plan on doing for my dynasties.

EA does not acknowledge punishments. Never have never will. If they do this then u better do Miami and Ohio state too
