Just finished my first season in my NCAA 2013 dynasty and both of my coordinators (I am the head coach) get hired away to different programs when I get into the offseason coaching carousel. Do I have any choice in the replacements or are the replacements just as automatic as my coaches getting signed away? I don't see any way to browse around or make a choice, just able to continue and let it automatically sign the new coaches who were fired from other programs.. Thanks so much for the time and help!!

It does it on it's own, coordinators have minimal impact in the game as is anyways, unless your a coordinator, than your skillset seems to override the head coach (not 100% sure on that though)Bulls|Bears|Cubs| Blackhawks|Huskies|Horned Frogs|
