Worth the buy?

I can get NCAA 13 for 23.79 at GameStop pre owned after using 20 $ off coupon. Also being a premium power up reward member.

All I need to know is it really worth it.
I've seen numerous post about bugs and glitches which is expected in every game. I also see though that they released a patch, was this patch successful? Are you enjoying NCAA ? Everyone's welcome to chime in and help me out with this buy.

great game just the 4 verts is killing my OD bc all the members are running it and its unrealistic

With all the bugs and glitches, it's not worth it at full price. Patches come out and make things worse if that is even possible.

I'm having more fun with '13 than I did with '11 or '12. It's well worth the low price you have to pay.

I've been enjoying the game until it freezes. Then, not so much. Maybe if EA patches the patch.

I think its worth it... To each their own though, because for everyone person who likes it, there will be another that says its dumb and sucks.

Personally i've enjoyed almost every NCAA game that has come out, just got to find a way to make things interesting and keep them that way

If you're a football fan and just want something fun to play, you'll definitely get $20 of enjoyment out of it.

If you're looking for a football simulator, and want a "realistic" experience, you're going to be aggravated by this game ... a lot.

EA has had freezing issues in the past and can usually get them fixed after a couple patches, so they'll probably get those worked out eventually. Determining it's value comes down to what you want out of the game.

If you can get any game you're mildly interested in for $24 this soon after release; do it.

The only reason I bought Mass Effect 3 is because I got it new for $30 a month after it came out.

NCAA13 is buggy beyond belief but a fraction of the price for a fraction of a game is more than reasonable.

Last year was, not this year. Bugs do exist obviously, but its a huge step forward from last year.

That's why there's a thread for bugs/glithces and a second thread specifically for freezes?

Anytime a game has two threads stickied for bugs, that tells you all you need know.

Careful when you buy any EA Sports game used, in order to get anything out of it you will likely have to shell out another 10 bucks for an online pass because the one that came with the game new has already been used by the previous person

This entire forum is here for you to be able to make this decision yourself and this doesn't need it's own thread.

There are plenty of threads that discuss the pro's and con's so you can make an informed decision based on what's important to you.
