is there a way to break your contract as a HC and go to another team? i think in past years you could but i cant find how to this year

i'm pretty sure if you get head coaching offers in the off-season you can do it that way.

I've done this before, all I did was go to the coaching carousel when it comes up and sim to my next contract offer. Even on the 3rd year of a 4 year contract I still got offers, though not any of the better jobs were offered because it downgraded my prestige from an A+ to a D+ for breaking my contract.

I do remember in years past when you do well, other schools offer you jobs and if you are a lower conference or independent then you get offered a conference change.

When my team offered me a contract extension after 2 of 4 years completed, I had the ability to field other offers. I was already HC of Florida so there wasn't any better offers. But I didn't know if you take another job it downgrades your prestige. Interesting.
