Washington Disposes of App. State 58-21

It isn't exactly surprising, but this loss vs. Washington was not exactly a morale booster for the new to the FBS Appalachian State Mountaineers. App State plays hard, but Washington State scored early and often. The Mountaineers could not get anything going until it was too late. They were down 21-0 in the second, and Washington never looked back en route to a huge victory. App State did score 3 TDs, and did have a good day passing, but multiple interceptions ruined this game for them. They had a Pick 6 in the late game which ruined their chance at a comeback. They also botched 2 onside kicks and gave Washington good field position to start their drives.

App State Update: Hey Coach, how's it going? That was a tough loss vs. Washington. What can you say about the game? Coach Moore: Well, I can say that we had trouble executing. It's embarrassing that we allowed so many points. We have to rebound against Michigan, and upset them again to regain momentum. App State Update: Who was the player of the game?
