This! That's what I've been thinking all along.
Well I didn't know about "True perfromance skating" until they announced it this year, but I've always felt that
something was scrapped last year, in the last minute.
Not only was 12 a very small step forwards in terms of... well, everything. But it was also full of unexplainable bugs on things that wasn't broken in 11... like the hip check, penalties and multiple sliders.

And this give me hopes, that EA C has had some extra time polishing the product this year, since it was
almost ready last year.
