It's a step in the right direction, but JUST THAT.
-Broadcast is lackluster, the graphics are BEAUTIFUL, but that's where the "look" it dies. The commentators do a great job of keeping you in the game, but the cut scenes and camera's panning on NOTHING are crap.
-The halftime and end game is terrible because again it's emotionless, no game story to be told, and no halftime commentary really makes this game fall.
-The infinity engine is plain fun and awesome to watch, I love the little things like players falling over one another, arms hitting other players and the reactions from it. I esp liked when Bradshaw was trying to block for Manning, and got caught up in a scrum, it looked realistic as all.
All in all this is a FUN demo, but it remains a video game, I wasn't thrown into an awesome NFL broadcast where I could convince someone on the fence to buy this game. What I can tell you is that so far I am loving the infinity engine. The crowd swells and the fact I don't have to hear that tool lil wayne on my NFL broadcast is a beautiful thing. Thank you EA for losing those trax!
