Works well for me and I don't have to scream either and I'm sitting 15 feet away from it with the AC on full blast. I think some of you might want to re-calibrate your Kinect microphone.

And far as getting to the line with only 10 seconds on the play clock, you just moving through the play calling screen too slow. I get up to the line with 22 seconds to spare, have plenty of time to say adjustments.

Only thing I wish was that it allowed you to cycle through the play book and call plays via Kinect as well. Other then that, I love the addition.
