This is my favorite football game of all time.... Joe Montana football for the PC. I remember my Dad had just bought a PC with like 20MB of hard drive space and the game took up 11 of it. Man was he mad! You could alter team colors, names, and player ratings. My friend and I LOVED this game.

That was the chit! Me & my boys would stay up aaaaaall night playing early 90s Maddens.

Bring back seeing subs enter the huddle.

that game was great. back then they used to call pass interference. the ambulance would just run people over. cant get any better then that. no one cared about sock length and facemask styles. there was no one to complain to about super linebackers. you just gathered up your friends and went to battle all night long. heres to good times!!!

I'm 49yrs old and have played all types of pro football sims, I started back in 1974 with Tudor games electric football that came with the Kansas City Chiefs vs St Louis Cardinals, I collected all the teams back in that era costing me $2.50 a pop, back then your ordered the teams in their home or away uniforms. We played that game like we play madden because that all we had back then, in later years I started with the table top games by avalon hill with such titles as paydirt, football strategy and statis pro football. Madden 92 was my first venture into video football games and I have kept all of the Madden titles but 92 was special it didn't have all the bells and whispers of todays title but we played each title because that was out at the time, I am happy to witness the evolution of the video football games.
