I am now able to view an instant replay, then challange a play call on the field. I have been successful on several occasions in having a play call reversed after a challange. Each time, before issuing the challange, I have reviewed the play using Instant Replay. It appears to me that this is a change in NCAA13, or perhaps post Patch 2.
