I understand the flack about Division 2 schools etc. However, if you take a look at what happens with many talented players that get in trouble with the law or grades - they go to Div. 2, etc.

I love that the players in the draft classes are from small schools. Victor Cruz is from UMass, Woodhead is from Chadron St.... I know there are very few players that make it from these schools but at least they respect the fact that these schools exist.

How many players are in a M13 Draft Class?... I am hoping they can give the community a draft class editor at some point. Now that NCAA-to-Madden Draft Classes have been taken away it isn't really a conflict of interests at this point to allow people to make their own classes.

Why would the 2nd pick be a tight end everytime? Is there evidence of that in the retail game?

I've seen 2 draft vids and both 2nd draft picks were TE's. Not really enough evidence to go off saying a TE is picked everytime, but it's still a little high.

Would like to see year 2 and year 3 of those drafts instead of the same 1st year draft in each of those vids.

It is a great thing. Obsessing over entertainment is not healthy.

The new CBA and rookie wage scale was put in place so a WR or TE could go that early in the draft now.

No, they are different CCM's. Both '13 draft (I think).

Just seems a bit odd that a TE would even be drafted so high. But for it to happen twice in different CCM's is cause for concern... lol

Tight ends are becoming even more important in todays NFL thanks to the Patriots, Saints, and other teams showing how big of a mismatch it is to have a lineback or a corner defending one. You either have the speed advantage or the size advantage.

Football is all about match ups.

Taking a tight end with the #2 pick is not as bad as some have said.

No, they are different draft classes.

In one of the E3 videos, Looman said they have built a load of new draft classes (30 I think) that have branching story lines. If the names were randomised, Trey Wingo wouldn't be able to talk about the draft picks by name.

Looman also said that the order of the draft classes are not set. If you were in two Online CCM, the chances of both 2013 draft classes being the same are highly unlikely.

If this is the case, I am not a bit concerned. Now if it was happening in multiple years, I could understand the concern, but as it is now I think its a bit premature to call this a glitch.

I enjoyed creating a few players in NCAA and then just sim my season till the awards come out and then project who will be drafted in Madden. Hope EA will add that back maybe with a few game updates as the season progresses, but won't get my hopes up.

I'd be suprised if you see it in M14. The problem is the rookie storylines. That's why import has been removed for this. I can imagine it'll be very difficult to find a way to have the storylines match up to your NCAA game. Atm the storylines are attached to rookies created by EA. The names as i've been told in another thread are fixed as Trey Wingo talks about them during the draft. If importing from NCAA, obviously the names aren't fixed and will be different for every person.

I think it'll be a big task to get it working in a way EA are happy with for M14. I can't see it personally.

They took it out because it was broken. The imports were always terrible and inaccurate.
