I'm just hoping they tuned ML this year as last year there were a lot of frustrations for me. Between the international games two days before huge games or the constant weekly complaining by the same player that why is he playing too much to not playing the last game when rested.

Agreed. I hope the cut scenes between games are less. That was an annoying scenario and felt like an RPG at times. I honestly haven't looked into much off the field news regarding PES 2013.

Awesome that they have added this league. Now, are there any more surprise leagues? Or will that be about it? Don't get me wrong more leagues is awesome (plus with the community mods its not a big deal) but is the Argentinian League rumor dead?

Great news! I know a lot of people don't care about the Brazilian league, but the more games, the merrier. PES is really popular in South America and this is good news for them.

Can you play a career mode in those leagues? It seems that every time you start a master league, it dumps you into some other league with the worst lineup possible. Is there any way to start a career in La Liga or the English League?

Last year you had to unlock it but every year you can play as any team you want in any league.
