Playing friends ranked

I know it's usually patched but is there anyone to play friends ranked? Don't really like to play random as there is too many cheesers. Just like to play amongst friends and have record tracked.

Actually, you and your friends can create your own community, where you guys are the only ones in it, and keep track of each other that way.

We've tried to meet in lobby and invite but it says you cant challenge to a ranked game.

Will look into the community deal.

You can't play friends in ranked games, but to possible boosting. I'm glad they did this. People will always take advantage of a system.

Create your own community or join the OS one next week. Check the Madden Online sub forums.

Not true at all, I just played a guy on my friends list just now in a ranked game, we ended up matching up in the "play now" section.

For some reason (I have retail copy) no one is showing up in the lobbies when I log on, all the rooms show empty and are empty when I enter!

Let me rephrase this them. You can't invite a friend to a ranked game.

Ok, I figured it was the same as last years, but I never even ran across a friend in a ranked match in play now like I have now. It even matches you up against them as long as their online for some reason, I kept meeting him at the matchup screen like 3 times.

thats childish and pointless. Someone wins the game, someone loses. So what if they do it a few times? who cares ? I want to play friends in ranked games to get tokens for MUT and there shouldnt be some/any problem with that. Who cares whos ranked higher ? no one

Glad you have your opinion but a lot of people don't feel that way. People would take advantage of the situation and boost there stats, records, and tokens if they can play there friends in rank matches.

Me and a buddy have figured out a way to play ranked online. Go to the head to head section online. Once you're inside of there you can press (x on Xbox) to edit your search criteria. You and your friend need to narrow down the search criteria as much as possible and both make it the same (we usually do conventional play calling and narrow the dnf as much as possible). Then you both want to search at the same time (we get on the mic and count down from 3). It works 95% of the time for us. Good luck, I hope it works for you.

Glad you have your opinion but a lot of people don't feel that way. People would take advantage of the situation and boost there stats, records, and tokens if they can play there friends in rank matches.

again though, who cares ? EA isnt giving a prize to anyone who's honest about it or who has larger stats. Why should that be blocked? All it means is you're a loser who plays too much LOL. You payed 60 and more dollars for a game you should be able to as stupid as you want..because obviously alot of childish losers do anyway LOL. I'm not arguing with you by the way. I'm just letting the/my thought be seen so to be considered if EA just happens to open that door.

do something meaningful like let us rate our experience after a online game. But playing friends ranked should not be an issue at all....or let us get tokens in random teamplay games or at least 75 tokens after a online head to head CCM game or something?
