How is that different from the Draw Foul tendency?

I sorta agree with that. If anything they could have the Draw Foul Tendency have a bigger impact, than there wouldnt be a need for a Sig Skill for fouls.

My assumption is that is for CPU controller players. What I was talking about is that some players know how play to the refs better than others. So if player A who has this ability goes for a layup and player B (who doesn't have it) goes for the same layup, you might see more whistles called for Player A.

I understand what you are trying to say but I was always under the impression that draw foul was for all players, not just CPU controlled players.

My question is how is this insight going to be handled? If its going to be a vid then it better be lengthy one explaining all thirty skills...

This is one instance that I would like to see a well written insight and go into detail about each skill.

I wouldnt mind a vid. But, I want a lengthy written insight about each skill. I doubt we will know which players get what skills. But, if the skills are thoroughly explained, we can guess which skills go to certain players.

I want to know if a person with 99 On-Ball D without Lockdown Defender is better than a guy with 85 On Ball D with the Lockdown Skill.

I say without skill because after reading the accomplishments, they might have to be either acquired or already obtained. I dont think it is something is obtained after you hit a certain rating. I dont want a skill to be more powerful than a rating

Bring back hop step button, as well as fix the stinkable collision system, because everytime you start a layup, the cpu step up to stop you and the layup animations turns into nba live 06 collision.

This is a nice feature. But isn't this pretty much already in 2k. Just without the labels (aka FIFA have)

Pretty sure this one has already been announced. I think I read where someone chased down a break with LeBron and apparently it's quite awesome.

Sounds like what NBA Live 07 should have been.
Live 06 had a similar system where a player could have one special skill on offense or defense at a given time. I played that game for 3 years. It was pretty awesome
