FWIW, for thoose who arent getting good results at online CCM I read this. Possibly u didnt sim preseason week 1? This solves the scheme issue tho:

My sliders are saving fine. To work around the scheme not saving
1: Make your CCM an online one
2: DO NOT do anything until you advance to week 1 of preseason. Once there make scheme changes and alls good.
Also injuries not working work fine in Online CCM.

So even if you just want a single player CCM, create it as an online one and you'll be fine.
(unless of course you don't have system hooked up online)
