"your name" is an all-madden 30 rated midget man. That makes him better. Plus he could have manipulated sliders. There is no proof!! No proof I say! But that video is funny man.

Offensive line ratings dont matter like it should...that midget in real life would get dominated every play but I guarntee if you ran 100 passing plays in this game, that midget would give up more sacks then a 90+ rated left tackle. So in a way they matter but not nearly as much as it should.

I don't wanna sound like a skeptic, because frankly, this video being legit wouldn't surprise me. But if you look at the other linemen during this video, NO ONE gets through. The bears O-line is fairly suspect, so I'd expect some kind of pressure. Maybe I'm just crazy, Idk, but i think this may have been slightly rigged. At least i hope it was slightly rigged lol.

NBA 2K11 is considered one of the best sports games ever made. And still, it had some pretty major flaws. No game is perfect. And I can't take an experiment this extreme that seriously regardless.
My score for Madden 13: 4.5/10

3 points for graphics, 1 point for the passable commentary, and a half point for the boxart. I can give no further points since the all over the place gameplay would ruin it anyway.

How can you buy/defend this game?

I can't say I enjoy his videos but it seems like all ratings even though their really low have a threshold.

The thing is, ratings do matter in Human vs. Human games and in Human vs CPU on any difficulty lower then all-madden.

In order for All-Madden to feel more difficult, ratings don't really matter much if at all. This is my theory though so take it for what it is, a theory.

My suggestion, stay away from all-madden.

I love these annual ratings don't matter threads.

The ratings do matter, the scale is just small. For linemen they don't have the ratings scale large enough to encompass what would happen in real life with a midget LT. Basically the bottom of the scale does not represent me or you; it represents the worst player that could be plausibly expected to play in the NFL.

I think this is based off of averages. If the player sliders were moved at all an average would be created, but because none of them were, the averages stayed.. well average.
OR it might mean that sliders all the way down could be a development thing for the developers that made its way into the game.

A 72 overall player like the DE in the video represents a decent 2nd string player. A decent 2nd string DE should get a lot more pressure on the worst 3rd string LT in the NFL. A lot more then 0 pressure in like 10 snaps. So either they didn't do a good job on the bottom of the scale (being to good) or your explanation isn't correct.
