Right now:

All Pro
Zoomed Camera ONLY!
10 minute quarters with 20 or 25 second run off
Minor slider tweaks (within 10 +/-)
very slow on 0 threshold

Usually blow the CPU to pieces though, but every 1 out of 18 games they come alive for a close challenge. I lost one time in about 16 games now. Was one of my first games though. I'm probably going to increase sliders more. Just too easy to win. Mainly increasing the CPU's passing defense reaction time/coverage. I throw too many 5 + TD's and 400+ yard games on default all pro, and it just keep getting easier as I play.
