i hope not! MKD is good but he doesnt even have a consistent jumpshot for a rating that high!Comment

I Wonder what a big like Aldridge will be since we have a measuring stick with Love and Bynum. I think Aldridge will be a 88.Comment

He should be no lower than griffin. Not as athletic or good on the rebounds, but MUCH better post game, better defender, more money on kick out jumpers, and has the same tenacity for cutting to the basket for the alley oops.Comment

Seeing a couple sets of ratings I can predict the overall ratings will be for the other stars.
LBJ 99 Obviously
D12 -94
Cp3- 95
Westbrook 93
D-rose 92
D-wade- 93
D-Will- 91
I am not saying that I think these guys deserves those ratings just my prediction on how 2k will rate them.Comment

Yea that's why I put him at 88 above Griffin 87 but lower than Love89. Even though I would rather have him than Love if I had to choose.Comment

People saying Bynum is overated?hahah. Look at his numbers compared to Dwight last year. Then look at the team around him. Would like to add.... Who finished the season healthy last year?
SIDENOTE: Bynum is # 33 , I know this will be fixed , but I blame the 2k Insider already lol76ers and Eagles

Re: NBA 2K13 Player Ratings - Andrew Bynum - 87, Kidd-Gilchrist -78, Tyreke Evans - 8
LeBron can be 99 all he wants but as I said before ... if he is 99, it doesn't matter. That just his overall as a player, his value and prestige in the league. If he is 99, will he be better than Michael Jordan 99 OVR? In some areas he is better than Michael, in other areas Michael is better than him. Both warrant a 99 overall. It is like having two 65 overall players. Both 65 overall, but both completely different. One might be a Rebounding Specialist, the other a 3 Point Shooter. Do not let the overall ratings get to your head. Just pretend that number doesn't exist. They need to remove the rating in favor of A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, C, etc. LeBron no doubt is an A+ overall (96-99) as Kobe is an A overall (93-95) or whatever scale they tend to use.
The number should be changed to a letter grade and let the CPU have it hidden as a number to distinguish the rotations for CPU controlled teams.Comment

Huge Pacer fan right here. I also crapped on Bynum for years as my best buddy is a Lakers fan. We always said if he ever got healthy and applied himself he'd be a beast. Turns out we were right, not that our observations were anything less than blatantly obvious.
Bynum is a better 5 than Roy. He just has a good skill set for being a prototypical 5.
Not knocking Roy - I'm ecstatic with his play.

Nothing out there supports that Bynum is a better offensive player than Dwight Howard. Is he more polished in the post? Yes, but so is Al Jefferson. Doesnt make him better.I have to disagree here.. Too many people have a "coach" mentality when labeling players. If a guy isn't coachable, it's understandable that he gets a bad rep league wide but that shouldn't count against his skill.
I don't care if Bynum sold crack in the streets of Philly, he is the best offensive center in the league, 2nd best overall.Comment
